- Account details such as email, display name, and password
- Brand organization details and campaign briefs
- Creator profile information and linked social handles
- Submissions, review decisions, and related communications
We also collect technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide and improve the marketplace
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Enable brands and creators to run campaigns
- Communicate about account activity and product updates
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms
4. Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run Oddlot (for example hosting and authentication), when required by law, or with your direction — such as showing a creator profile to a brand inside a campaign. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We retain account and campaign data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, legal, and security purposes. You may request deletion subject to retention obligations.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can update profile information in-product where available, and contact us to access, correct, or delete personal data. Theme preference is stored locally in your browser.
8. Children
Oddlot is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
