1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Oddlot, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Oddlot on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
Oddlot is a marketplace where brands publish open campaigns with a rate per 1,000 verified views, and creators join, publish content, and submit posts for review. Oddlot provides software and workflows; it does not guarantee campaign results, creator volume, or brand spend.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Brands and creators choose a single account type during onboarding and must use Oddlot in line with that role.
4. Campaigns and payouts
Campaign rates, qualification minimums, caps, and windows are set by the brand and shown on the campaign. Payouts are calculated from verified views recorded by the brand according to the campaign terms. Oddlot does not process payments in the current product; any payout records are informational until payment processing is enabled.
5. Content and conduct
Creators retain ownership of their content subject to the license a brand requires for a campaign. You may not post illegal content, misrepresent performance, manipulate metrics, or abuse the platform. Brands must review submissions in good faith and not use Oddlot to solicit unpaid work outside disclosed campaign terms.
6. Intellectual property
Oddlot's branding, software, and interface are owned by Oddlot. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oddlot disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oddlot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
